The 2021 Stowe Tango Music Festival will hold "in person" events on Saturday August 21st and virtual events which will include the the Premieres of tango documentaries produced by The Argentine Tango Society, on August 19, August 20 & August 22.

Due to the rise of the COVID-19 Delta variant, the Stowe Tango Music Festival will require a full COVID-19 vaccination. The festival will follow the CDC's latest recommendation, which requires everyone to wear a mask indoors.

COVID-19 continues to change and we must be responsive and adaptable to keep our community safe! Thank you for your understanding.

As for your 2020 festival pass, you may take the following actions at your convenience by contacting us at

  • Donate the value of your credit as a tax-deductible contribution. Your generous support during this difficult time helps the festival strong and keep providing tango music and education.
  • Use your credit towards the 2021 Festival Pass.
  • Request a full refund to your original method of payment by June 1st. After June 1, your 2020 pass will be converted to a credit toward the 2021 Festival Pass.
